The Audio/Video theory behind MBaudio.com may differ than some but seems to be welcomed by a client base. The infancy of our projects and client relationship focuses primarily on the education of product differences to our buyer. Far too often, my clients tell us that their previous experiences do not include the levels of education and understanding. These early meetings usually lends themselves to finding out just what the client does and does not want or know about the needs and desires of the system. Quite often our client makes a completely different shift in the audio/video design because of that time spent. Although not a routine for our industry, we have designed a method of demonstrating some qualifying audio & theater product within the client home. Giving the buyer that time within the home to listen to a few pieces allows them to audition a selection on their schedule and in their environment.
We put a great deal of effort into learning about a customer?s needs and habit. We rarely ask the client a budget because we quite honestly think it is offensive. Teaching a client about choices is our style of buildings relationships and we all know a great education pays off.
