This was one project that stands out in our portfolio. Dave and Stacie Johnson have been great fun to work for. Our design and methodologies are a bit different than most. We did not ask Dave or Stacie if they had a budget in mind. We think that is a bit offensive and personal and always like to present our clients a number of different ideas while educating them and letting them make a decision that best fits the needs of the room. The system is a mix of Parasound Halo THX with a speaker design of James loudspeaker. We have built some pretty incredible rooms but must admit that the final installation was amazing. This room is about horsepower and sound quality.
We were brought into this build by Patrick Villanueva, lead project manager for LTC Pro Builders. We met with the homeowner and the president of LTC, Jeff Perrent. LTC Pro Builders and Jeff Perrent are no strangers to the custom building and remodeling industry. It takes a very special talent to remodel or make an addition to a home with and end result that makes the finish product appear as though it was an original design. Jeff Perrent has over 25 years in the residential and commercial construction field and we would highly recommend making contact with him for your remodel and addition needs as well as a new home or office project. The entire project and finish quality is that of what we would consider one of the finest examples of old world craftsmanship.
