Michael has over 20 years of service and expertise in the residential and commercial field. His design and customer service model is a testament to his dedication and a primary reason that all of the core business has been referral only. His goals for maintaining that style of business are based on the oldest and most simple methods of serving a client relationship. “We spend the greatest majority of our time focusing on the fundamentals of staying in front of a well educated customer. If you give the customer a well thought out plan that they understand along with project execution, you will have a customer for life.” Michael is a true advocate of educating the client as well as his team members on a continual basis. He studied business at North Lake Collage and North Texas State.
Benjamin Witry, Operations
Benjamin comes to MBaudio.com with a devoted style of business and operations control. His analytical management style and customer process are a valued foundation. His knowledge of business protocol and love for electronics had made him an integral component to our team. He studied business and marketing at Southern Methodist University.
Amy King, Sales and Marketing
Amy has a strong sales and marketing background that started with a personal interest in electronics and home theater. Differing from her degree field, of which was Biomedical Engineering at Texas A&M University, her sales and marketing background came for a long period of time as a sales and marketing consultant with ADT Security. Her strengths are a value asset for marketing.
Mathew Perry, Installation & Structured Cable
Matt is one of the younger ones in the MBaudio.com group but certainly is not the one to lose sight of. He has been in the residential electronics field for just a few short years. His attention to detail is the kind of style and foresight that has become a perfect fit for our group. His is well received by our customers and his detailed oriented installation technique is a true example of our work.
Lance Redelk, Installation & Structured Cable
Lance has over 15 years of experience and a diverse background in multi-function systems and installation. His installation and workmanship is some of the best in our field. His eye for the goal line and client experience is always his most important point of focus while providing the best client experience.
